Where do I enter the ID of the friend who invited me to a game?

Tap the "Friends" button in the upper right corner and select the "Invitations" tab.

There you will see the field where you can enter your friend's ID. After that, you will get your first bonus.

If you do not see the field, it means this is not your first account, or you created your account more than three days ago.
