Our game is a real-time online game and requires a stable internet connection. If your game freezes or periodically crashes during gameplay, check the stability of your internet connection using a third-party service such as http://speedtest.net/. We strongly recommend a stable WiFi connection with broadband internet or a persistent mobile connection without artificial speed limits, such as 3G or LTE.
