Sometimes your network or device settings may cause an error when you open the store. Please check whether the store and rules load. To check whether in-app purchases are locked on your device, go to Settings --> General --> Restrictions. Check that the restrictions have been turned off. If you have family access to purchases, make sure that you are the owner of the family access account or that your user account is set up as an adult account. If your Apple ID was created as a children's Apple ID, you will need confirmation from the account with Parent/Guardian status.
